This intensive healing session is recommended for those who are going through intense motion of energy or with constant pain, struggles and long term illnesses. Shikha uses an ancient Japanese technique called reiki healing to balance and cleanse your energy. Reiki healing is a powerful universal life force energy that promotes, relaxation, stress-reduction and spiritual healing. If you are new to it, don't worry, we were all there once. You are in safe hands.

If you are wondering how powerful is this technique? It is believed to heal major diseases like ulcers, inflammation and cancer. Energy healing session is for you if you are searching for answers and to open up new doors for fresh energy. Please note that Reiki may not cure your illnesses or diseases. It will help you release stress and stress is one if the main triggers for many diseases. It is a holistic approach of healing so it will take time. You may need more than 6 sessions. Distant healing: As soon as you purchase your session now and Shikha will send you reiki energy the same day along with video / audio recorded with intuitive angel messages for distant healing.
Virtual healing: We will schedule the session either on the phone or Zoom.
In person healing session: We will schedule a day and time to meet at Shikha’s studio where you will spend about 1-3 hours in healing and therapeutic consultation session. (In person session will only resume after the COVD-19 pandemic)

GUIDED MEDITATION SESSIONS
Meditation is a wonderful practice to have in your daily life. It is powerful and healing. Each session will be follow along and guided by Shikha as per your energy need. Shikha is well versed to guide and lead kids yoga and meditation as well. Kids love meditation and it is a perfect way to calm their nerves.
