• Virtual healing: We will schedule the session either on the phone or Zoom.

• In person healing session: We will schedule a day and time to meet at Shikha’s studio where you will spend about 1-3 hours in healing and therapeutic consultation session. (In person session will only resume after the COVD-19 pandemic)
